Overthinking, Beliefs and Facts!

There are people who can't handle their mood swings or bad times or the negative vibes they are surrounded by. Most of the times, people think on their own. This leads to overthinking.
Overthinking is the key to the problems which aren't even existed at first. This leads you to judge the situation, judge somebody's mentality, judge somebody's little things which are totally none of your business.
Judging can never give a positive output. But thinking with patience can. But you end up blaming the whole scenario and people or person involved in it with you.
Take a breath dear!
First of all, you should not disturb somebody's peace because you are at war with yourself. You have to keep patience and faith. There are times, situations, people whom you can't control all the time. You can't control yourself at times, how could you expect to keep in control time or a person or people's opinion about you.
Most of the times you think it in wrong way. So what is this wrong way thinking? It is thinking full of fears, negative vibes, the stress in mind,self-obsession and lack of knowledge about real facts.
Just try to accept the people in the way they are. If somebody is being unfair to you, ignore their existence. But, if somebody is seeming you unfair without any reason, then maybe your thoughts are unfair, negative or may be toxic about that person. Your thoughts are what you believe. And you always tend to believe what you think.
So make sure you are thinking wisely. Be good enough to think in a positive way in every situation. No one is perfect, right. So accept flaws and faults. Nobody has born bad or toxic for you. And nobody is responsible for the image of any person you have created in your mind on your own.
Try to accept the fact that your surrounding can't go the way you want it to go. There is a difference between real facts and your own belief. There's a difference between self-love and self-obsession. There's a difference between being a chilled extrovert and being a positive person.
Try to accept the time and smile more without reason. And keep smiling.

    Yeah! Very well written Prachi
I guess everyone is overthinker somwtimes. Thinking is not a problem but 'emotions' are. Thoughts are originally very neutral. We literally charge them with our emotions, then they become a part of our belief system and that's kind of reprogramming our subconscious helping it become our reality!
It's like playing with your own sh*t! Either you have to stop your wandering mind or stop applying emotions to your thoughts. Thoughts can be lying to you!
